Nathaneal Mayette
Campaigns & Community Outreach Coordinator
Nathanael Mayette was born in Naples, Florida, and raised in Haiti until his early teens. Shortly after the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, he moved to Florida and began living in Immokalee, a small town where he attended school and became part of a close-knit community. Growing up in Haiti, Nathanael learned the importance of service and helping others from a young age. These values have remained with him and continue to direct his dedication to community service.
Nathanael attended Palm Beach State College for two years before attending Florida International University (FIU), where he earned a bachelor’s in Political Science, graduating with honors, Magna Cum Laude, in the summer of 2024. While at FIU, he remained passionate about service by actively participating in social work and service-based organizations supporting homeless populations in Miami. His innate passion for helping others also led him to involvement in political campaign work, where he started as an intern at Edge. He later took on more responsibility with outreach and campaign coordination. In those roles, he has helped coordinate campaigns and manage outreach efforts for multiple campaigns, including the re-election campaigns of Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, State Representative Ashley Gantt, and School Board Member Luisa Santos, as well as the campaign for State Attorney Alexcia Cox.
Today, Nathanael serves as a campaign and community outreach coordinator, helping candidates connect with voters and drive community engagement throughout Miami-Dade County.
