Justin Pascul brings a strong understanding of South Florida’s communities to his work leading field operations and voter engagement at EDGE Communications. A Miami native and 2024 graduate of Florida International University, Justin holds a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics, a foundation that has strengthened his approach to grassroots organizing and campaign operations.
Justin has been a key contributor to several successful campaigns, including Mayor Daniella Levine Cava’s 2024 re-election and Eileen Higgins’ historic 2025 campaign for Mayor of Miami. Now serving as Senior Director of Field and Engagement, Justin engineers and oversees the execution of voter contact strategies that provide campaigns with a clear organizational and operational advantage.
