Cesar Gutierrez

Cesar Gutierrez serves as Special Projects & Field Coordinator at EDGE Communications and as Executive Aide to President and CEO Christian Ulvert. In this dual role, he supports strategic initiatives, campaign operations, executive planning, and grassroots engagement for clients across Florida, helping execute projects at every stage of the political process.

Since joining EDGE Communications, Cesar has contributed to a wide range of campaigns and public affairs efforts, gaining experience in field operations, voter outreach, event coordination, and political strategy. His collaborative approach, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills have made him a trusted member of the firm’s team.

Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Cesar draws inspiration from his parents, whose perseverance and determination to build a better life instilled in him a deep appreciation for hard work and service. Those values continue to shape his approach to every project and opportunity.

Cesar is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Florida International University and is passionate about continuing to grow as a leader in Florida’s political and public affairs landscape.
